Course Description

Practicing in the “Electronic Age” presents some unique challenges but likewise offers opportunities to manage time more efficiently, positively impact the future of healthcare and improve the patient experience. This seminar, designed for physicians and staff, will discuss effective and secure methods for electronic communication, including email, texting and audio/visual recordings. Attendees will learn best practices for documentation, data storage and use of social media to improve patient care and communication while reducing potential liability risks and protecting patient privacy concerns.
